I have been taking my dog to this vet for three years. The staff has always been kind, empathic and awesome with me and my dog. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great place to take your pets.
My regular vet has been more and more difficult to get in and we had an urgent situation. My vet was wonderful when they started but now it’s more like we’re a number. I referred too many! I found Mountainside in Maple Valley and though it was not a warm welcome on making my appointment and wanted me to pay in advance, the vet and vet tech were very caring and super responsive. My baby girl is only 6 and diagnosis is cancer. I was in shock and devastated. They were kind and treated My Mia like she was very special. It’s not a journey we expected but so far they’ve been compassionate and provided information very quickly.
Brought my cat here since I adopted him it is an all woman owned practice. the staff is awesome. Especially Dr Eibey. My cat actually likes the vet because of the people. So thank you.
Had a little emergency my now old vet could not see my pet for several days. My new vet got him in in hours. I was very happy Thank you.
When I arrived, the staff was so sweet. I felt every single one of the staff truly has a passion for being there to care and do what they may have been trained to do. Our pets are our family and they all did such a great job of making an effort to see which love language was best to approach, comfort, and communicate with my pet. Thank you so much Mountainside for making our experiences here friendly and easy.

We're new to Mountainside Animal Hospital, but so far, we've had an amazing experience! Our dog has anxiety due to prior abuse, and it's been incredibly important to find a vet that truly listens. The entire staff has been wonderful, and we're so relieved to have found a team that understands and respects our dog's needs. Highly recommend!
Incredible team at Mountainside Animal Hospital. The doctors and supporting staff are so knowledgeable and truly care. They also have access to some really cool tech which ads a totally different level of care for your animals. The facilities are super clean, welcoming, and even if you end up paying a little more - you’ll walk out knowing you got top level care.
I could not get into my normal Vet office..called Mountainside and they were able to get me in asap. My dog had an ear infection...they were so nice, empathetic and so thorough with Gunnar...really appreciated Dr Helen and awesome staff!!!
Everyone at Mountainside Animal Hospital is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly love animals. The doctors are amazing - very experienced and with their years of experience combined with true compassion, you know your fur-kids are in the best hands. I am extremely picky about who I trust with my cats, and I trust the team at Mountainside 100%. If you want gold standard treatment for your pets at every visit, Mountainside is the place to bring them.
I had recently moved nearby and hadn’t found a new vet yet. My almost 18 year old Bandit was showing signs that it was time. She ended up passing in my arms at home the night before the appointment. Mountainside got me in quickly the next morning and set up aftercare and was treated with care and compassion. I received her ashes quickly, along with a number of quality prints, as well as a separate mailed card (with more prints) signed with caring notes from staff. It will be a couple months before I adopt more cats, but I know I’ll have a caring clinic to take them too once I do.
I brought my dog to Mountainside animal hospital for the first time. The whole team was wonderful! They took time to explain to me what was going on and what I needed to do moving forward. They were very patient and informative. Everything was done efficiently and I got results back quickly. They're not just concerned with my dog's health but with my emotional well-being, as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet girl, Chloe. She means everything to me.
Dr Eibey is very sweet and thorough with the animals. She sits right down on the floor with the dog and engages with them. She is the best!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Josie was the assistant who helped us today. She answered my call, explained everything to me in detail and was willing to go above and beyond to help us when we had questions for the doctor. THANK YOU JOSIE! 10/10 will return.
