Dr. Cynthia Thomas

Cindy grew up in the Seattle area and knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age. She worked as a veterinary assistant for several years in between college breaks to gain experience in the field. After graduating from WSU, she decided to spread her wings, and moved to the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean, where she attended veterinary school at Ross University. After enjoying the warm island life and studies for 2 ½ years, she moved to the more frigid climate of St. Paul Minnesota, where she spent her last clinical year of veterinary medicine, graduating in 2004. A Washington native at heart, she returned to the Pacific Northwest and has been practicing veterinary medicine in the area since. Cindy enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but particularly enjoys dentistry, dermatology, and preventative medicine. When not in the hospital, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and this coming year will have one in elementary, one in middle, and one in high school so there is never a dull moment! She is also pet parent to an 11-year-old rescued English Bulldog named Sully, and a former barn cat, called Prince Humphrey
