Vet Assistant/Client Service Representative
Mei joined Mountainside Animal Hospital in March 2026. She began her career in veterinary medicine in 2022 and loves building relationships with both pets and their people.
One of her favorite work moments was a lively exam with six puppies in a shopping cart—it was chaotic, but she loved every minute. Outside of work, Meiko enjoys hiking, painting, gaming, paddleboarding, and snowboarding.
Her furry family includes her cats Nori, Mochi, Storm, Nezuko, and her frisbee-loving Australian Shepherd, Neko. Her favorite quote is from Hayao Miyazaki: “You must see with eyes unclouded by hate.”
