What You’ll Do

• Be the First Smile: Greet our clients and patients, setting a warm and professional tone for every visit.
• Master the Flow: Expertly manage appointments, calls, and records to keep our modern clinic running like clockwork.
• Empower Pet Parents: Deliver top-tier customer service and share valuable education to help owners provide the best care for their pets.
• Advocate for Wellness: Collaborate closely with our experienced veterinary team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.
• Curate the Environment: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby that both pets and people feel comfortable in.

What We’re Looking For

• The Voice of Experience: You bring veterinary clinic experience and are ready to hit the ground running. (Two years experience preferred)
• The Ultimate Multitasker: You have a "superpower" for staying organized and calm while juggling phones, schedules, and patient needs.
• A High-Level Communicator: You are tech-savvy and pride yourself on professional, clear communication with both clients and coworkers.
