Veterinarian – Dentistry Focus

Location: Maple Valley, WA
Pay: $130,000 – $160,000+ per year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Dentistry-Only roles available

Mountainside Animal Hospital is seeking a veterinarian with a strong interest in dentistry and oral surgery. Full-time, part-time, and dentistry-only roles are available.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer flexible, tailored compensation packages based on experience, skill level, and professional goals. Salary DOE, compensation and production options: $130,000–$160,000+ (FT).

What We're Looking For

• Licensed DVM
• Strong interest in dentistry and oral surgery; enthusiasm for performing anesthetic dental procedures and oral surgical treatments
• Ability and desire to perform soft tissue surgery and general medical care for dogs and cats
• Comfortable serving as the primary doctor overseeing dental services; dentistry-only role optional
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, colleagues, and support staff
• Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and a positive hospital culture
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within a supportive, mentorship-friendly environment
• Sound clinical judgment with the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance
• Professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude when navigating the challenges of veterinary medicine
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are both encouraged to apply
